This exciting new community in Lathrop lies between the San Joaquin River and I-5 and is immediately adjacent to two freeway interchanges - River Islands Parkway (currently Louise Avenue) and Lathrop Road. The site has been recently annexed to the City of Lathrop, and is approved for development. Primary local access within the Land Park Community is provided by Golden Valley Parkway, which parallels I-5 and other major arterial streets within the community.

To the south and east of Land Park at Lathrop are recently approved developments, including River Islands and Mossdale Landing. New homes there are selling in the $400,000 to $750,000 price range. Approximately 20,000 new residential lots have been approved within the City, including approximately 6,800 in Land Park at Lathrop.
